For starters, cut the ribs into small pieces and fry them a little (I didn't add any more oil because it was quite fat ribs). In a bowl beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sour cream. Cut the cauliflower, pre-scalded, into pieces and place it over the above composition together with the telemeau, ribs, half of the mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste (pay attention to the salt because I put a little in the egg composition and it also depends on how salty the telemeau is, I didn't add any more salt) and mix well.
Pour the composition in a tray lined with baking paper (I used the cake that is quite large), put the rest of the mozzarella on top and put it at 180/190 degrees until it browns nicely. Let it cool and serve! Good appetite! : D
